The heart of the new Hotel BLÜ on Kaiser Franz Platz in Bad Hofgastein is clearly the BLÜ Bar and the BLÜ Restaurant. Not only do the guests and locals feel free here, but also the cooks in the kitchen. This is where people mix and blend, try and cook with passion. Because there are no rules here. Just cosmopolitanism and good taste.
Three culinary fields are strongly represented when you wander through the menu: the oriental Levante cuisine, in which vegetables play the main role, the exciting South-East Asian cuisine and of course the Austrian. The saddle of deer and the celery tascherl meet the filled aubergine, the BLÜ Shakshuka the Pho beef soup, the ceviche the Kaiserschmarrn. All influences stimulate each other. The visionary kitchen brigade is responsible for this.
The BLÜ Restaurant is open daily from 7.30 a.m. to 10 p.m., with hot meals until 10 p.m. BLÜ breakfast buffet from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., a la carte breakfast all day with alternating specials.
Life pulsates in the adjacent BLÜ Bar. A quick Caffè al Banco or a glass of Prosecco, a small beer from the local brewery or a perfectly balanced drink with a jazz concert or DJ line awaits you right on Kaiser-Franz-Platz. There is space for everything in the BLÜ Bar. Campari or gin, espresso or homemade lemonade, inside or outside? Everything does not matter. We are so free and make every day or evening a casual party here. The BLÜ bar, lounge and terrace are open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight.
