The Landgasthof Bertahof in Bad Hofgastein is well known for over 350 years in the Gastein Valley. Small but beautiful, managed by Petra and Robert Granitzer after a complete reconstruction, the gourmet temple is already preceded by an exceptional reputation. Above all, the lamb, mostly from its own breeding, or the fresh fish from its own pond make the Bertahof a culinary experience in which Patron Robert Granitzer uses only fresh, seasonal products.
For steak lovers: Our steaks are matured in the house 4 - 6 weeks on the bone. Only then are they ready for further processing for our guests. Choices include T-bone steak, rib-eye steak and porterhouse steak.
And when it gets really cold outside we let it sizzle! Every Thursday from 5.30 pm there is a romantic candle-lit evening! Enjoy all the food from the hot stone in the pleasant ambience of the Bertahofs.
For the use of regional and Austrian products, the Bertahof was awarded the AMA Gastrosiegel.
