For our restaurant featuring Italian and Austrian cuisine, we are seeking a motivated, experienced professional to support our kitchen team.
Main responsibilities:
Assisting the Head Chef
Cost-conscious purchasing of food items and proper storage in compliance with legal requirements
Ensuring hygiene standards are met
Handling administrative tasks
We expect:
Solid experience in a similar position
Knowledge of Italian and Austrian cuisine
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Flexibility and adaptability
Efficient and economical work style
English language skills are an advantage
