Hotel Caretaker / All-Rounder
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated caretaker to support the smooth operation of our hotel by ensuring cleanliness, order, minor repairs, and general maintenance.
Your Responsibilities
Cleanliness: Maintain outdoor and communal areas; snow clearance in winter.
Waste & Recycling: Waste separation and disposal, keeping waste areas tidy, weekly trips to the recycling center.
Grounds Maintenance: Care of green spaces, pathways, and outdoor facilities.
Repairs: Carry out minor repairs and daily maintenance tasks (using Hotelkit), as well as quick responses to urgent issues.
Support in the Kitchen: Assistance with dishwashing and basic kitchen tasks when required.
Your Profile
Previous experience in property or facility maintenance
Basic technical skills for repairs and maintenance work
Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
Physically fit and in possession of a valid driver’s license
Team player with strong communication skills
Good knowledge of German and English
