Our family-run apartment house Birgit *** in a central and quiet location - on the edge of the pedestrian zone - is ideal for everyone who wants to design their vacation independently and individually.

Thermal baths, mountains, shops, restaurants, everything can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

Your car is waiting in your parking lot in front of the house. A free parking space is available for each apartment.

Whether with a view of the Schlossalm or the Graukogel, our 14 apartments for 2-7 people not only offer you a wonderful view, but also ensure sweet dreams thanks to the best quality of living.

The generous apartments creates space for all your holiday experiences! Living room and bedroom are spatially separated.
All apartments have a dishwasher and microwave, among other things.

Our house has a passenger lift, so all floors are easily accessible.

Thanks to Mini‘s Week, toddlers up to 6 years (born in 2020 and later) can learn to ski at a low price.

The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people (each additional person in addition to the 2 adults and one child in the apartment pay 36.00 euros per day)

The ski course can be chosen optionally 3*4 Hours or 5*2 Hours, the course starts on Sunday or Monday, depending on the offer of the respective ski school.

The ski rental is valid in all 30 INTERSPORT Rent shops and other ski rentals in Ski amadé.

The minimum age is 3 years or in agreement with the ski school.
