The newly rebuilt mountain restaurant Kleine Scharte, with stunning panoramic views over the Gastein valley at 2050m, is located in the mountain station of the Schlossalm aerial cableway. The new restaurant has 280 seats inside and about 300 seats on the large sun terrace. The special ambience and Austrian gourmet cuisine invite you to a cozy get-together in summer and winter alike.
In summer there is a large children's playground in front of the restaurant. The Schlossalm lake, numerous roundabouts suitable for pushchairs, a slackline park and many opportunities for climbers are located in the immediate vicinity.
