The highlight is the spectacular Team Race: Three runners form a women's, men's, or mixed team and together tackle around 100 kilometers and 7,700 meters of elevation gain. The three segments cover 21.4 km, 34.9 km, and 44.2 km through the high alpine landscape of the Gastein Valley. This includes routes to the Gamskarkogel, Tischkogel, and Stubnerkogel.

There are also four events for individual starters: The 60K Ultra covers around 62 kilometers and 5,200 meters of elevation gain over three Gastein peaks.
