At selected ski huts, a wide range of traditional products are offered from own production: various varieties of cheese, sausage, farmhouse bacon, alpine tea varieties, homemade jams, "Schnapps" etc. On some markets you also can have a taste to the delicacies of the region: Plattlkrapfen with sauerkraut, Kasnocken, smoked fish. Some of the regional producers are at the markets and explain the origin and characteristics of their products.
In addition to the market conditions, during the market season the huts offer at least 2 special regional dishes with local products and a clear designation of origin, and there are special wine recommendations for these "ski-related" dishes.
